Built as a home office and family room, this garden room on a concrete base made use of a solid existing area as part of the installation.  Rather than use our normal ground screws we avoided the cost, mess and disruption of concrete removal and used a number of jacks to lift the building off the uninsulated concrete. 

This ensures the timber base stays dry and warmer.  Exterior access was not possible with floor protection laid and the building being removed directly through the house.
