Unlike staged showrooms, these buildings offer a real-time sensory and learning experience. We want to make your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Please make an appointment before visiting. The site isn’t always staffed, and we’d like to be here to greet you.
Try the doorbell when you arrive, or phone us, and we will join you promptly.
Feel free to take photos, videos, or even FaceTime with anyone who couldn’t join you.
Most of your visit will be spent outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Convenient parking is available directly outside or in nearby areas.
If you have any health concerns, please let us know and we will gladly wear a face mask.
Wheelchair users are welcome, although there are small garden steps. We are happy to assist where needed.
Please take care on decking and paths, as they may become slippery when wet or icy.
If you are unable to visit as planned, please contact us to rearrange your appointment.
This is our home and a real outdoor show site, not a polished museum showcase. We want to show how our garden rooms are genuinely used and how they age over time.
